In-Person Learning will take place 4 days per week.
COVID Testing Consent is Required for all Students Learning in Person.
Our spring parent-advisor conferences will be on March 18th (evening) and March 19th (afternoon). Conferences will be held with the student’s advisor via Zoom, and students must attend to present their learning.

Classes are in session while the building is closed! Students should follow their regular class schedules, logging in on google classroom for all classes.
All classes are currently remote. Students should follow their regular schedules in Google Classroom and Meets/Zoom. In-Person classes begin Thursday, October 1 (B Day).
BEA is following Model 1B, with two cohorts attending in-person classes in the building. Cohort A will attend in person on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, as well as alternating Mondays. Cohort B will attend in person on Thursdays & Fridays, as well as alternating Mondays. Cohort D engages via remote learning Monday-Friday.

Please join us on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 6pm –7pm for our first school-wide reopening parent meeting. The purpose of the school-wide reopening parent meetings is to provide us with the opportunity to share information with you, and solicit your feedback on our plans for the fall. During the parent meeting we will present you with information about our school’s building capacity and programming models, and ask you to complete an online survey to identify your programming model preference.
Please use this form to register for our meeting and to provide questions for us to answer in the meeting and to consider as we prepare for reopening.
We will share the parent meeting link in advance of the meeting (either Zoom or YouTube platform depending on the number of participants who register). Please feel free to contact me or our Parent Coordinator, Alex Rodriguez (email@example.com), if you have any follow-up questions or concerns.
